House Rules & Policies

Pets:

• Pets are not allowed on the premises.

Parties or Events:

• Parties and events are strictly prohibited

Smoking:

• Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Smoking will only be allowed outside, where an ashtray will be provided
• Please dispose of the cigarette butt in the ashtray exclusively.

Quiet Hours:

• Please observe quiet hours between 21:00pm and 6:00am to respect the neighbors.

Check-In and Check-Out Times:

• Check-in time is from 14:00pm, and check-out time is by 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be arranged with prior approval.

Children:

• Children are welcome, but please supervise them at all times and ensure they adhere to house rules.

Maximum Number of Guests:

• The maximum number of guests allowed is 6. This includes children from the age of 6 years and older.

Additional Rules for Guests:

Neighbors:

• This property is located in a quiet neighborhood. Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours. Any fines resulting from noise complaints will be the responsibility of the guests.

Extra Visitors:

• Overnight guests, may not exceed the capacity of 6 people. 
• A penalty fee of R1000.00 will be payable for any overnight guest, exceeding this capacity.
• ie. If the number of guests exceed the capacity by 2, a R2000.00 will be payable!

Safety and Security:

• Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
• The gate is manually operated, and lockable with the provided padlock. 
• For your safety, we advise the gate to be locked prior to going to sleep.

Food and Waste:

• Please dispose of any waste in the designated bin.
